    Green Means offers a tailored bootcamp program to fit into your busy schedules. At your home, church, or at work, lunch time and after-work bootcamps are the perfect way to boost group commaraderie while getting fit. For as little as $200* per person, you can bring 6 weeks of bootcamp workouts to a location that is convenient for you.

    *Pricing based upon 10 participants working out 2 days a week for 6 weeks, a total of 12 classes.

  • Green Means Academy  5 sessions

    Use Green Means to prepare you for your physical fitness exam - in the police department, fire department, FBI, or other agency. Our program includes a Fitness Assessment with continued body fat and weight monitoring. We will train you to perform the challenging tasks you will be tested on, including:

    • 1.5 mile run

    • 1 minute max situps

    • 1 minute max pushups

    Our program includes flexibility and strength training, endurance runs, calisthenics exercises, circuit training, and self-defense.

  • Pre-Season Sports Training  1-on-1

    The general purpose for Pre-Season Training is to prepare athletes for the demands of the upcoming sports season. We have programs designed for high school and college athletes in basketball, soccer, football, baseball, tennis, and volleyball, to name a few. We will get you in the best shape possible to cope with your rigorous practice and game schedule during the school year. We will meet 2x per week for an intense 6 week program. It will take hard work and a great effort both inside and outside of the gym.  Pre-season Sports Training will include a 5 day per week routine- splitting the time between strength training and conditioning, while incorporating agility, flexibility, and skill enhancement. Write for details about available programs.

  • Fitness Assessment & Consultation

    Whether you are beginning an exercise regimen or revamping your goals, use Green Means to chart your path to fitness. Our fitness assessment is a series of measurements that help determine your physical fitness.

    The main tests in the fitness assessment evaluate body mass index, resting heart rate and blood pressure, body fat percentage, and aerobic fitness.

    1. Body mass index (BMI) is one of the least demanding fitness assessment tests. It uses your height and weight to determine total body mass.

    2. Measuring resting heart rate and blood pressue is important because it allows us to figure out what the safe levels of increasing the heart rate are during your aerobic exercise.

    3. To measure body fat percentage we will use a patented, revolutionary scale that is fast, easy, and non-intrusive.

    4. The aerobic fitness assessment will be peformed using a Step Test. This test can be completed in under 5 minutes and will measure your cardiovascular endurance and Vo2 max.

    This asssessment and consultation can be done at your home, work, or in a convenient location. We will use the analyses to form the basis of a discussion about your fitness history and develop a customized exercise program.

  • Eating for Exercise Workshop

    Active individuals need more energy (calories) each day than their sedentary counterparts. Exercise requires energy to fuel and  repair the muscles, thus, meeting one’s energy needs to maintain body weight should be a priority for any athlete or active individual.

    Green Means Nutritional Consultant will teach you what you need to know about macronutrients, micronutrients, hydration, and supplementation in the "Eating for Exercise" workshop.
