"I am an active 40 plus woman and some of my nuts and bolts need retooling.  I use the gym to help keep the engine going and to de-stress.  I've had the pleasure of working with Candace for several personal training sessions.  Why did I choose Candace?  That's easy, she's a professional, she's personable, she is flexible, she listens to what I have to say and what my body says, she pushes/challenges me to do more, and she cares that I'm benefiting from the experience.  I feel a little more empowered after each session.

I haven't invested in the sessions in order to fit a pretty frock.  I'm in it because I want to live longer, improve my health and feel more fit.  I'll never look like Angela Bassett, but I do alright."

- Lady Jan, Washington, D.C.

"Candace is a very committed and caring individual who strives to help in any way she can! She is also very ambitious and knowledgeable in the area of fitness and exercise; a great leader and friend!"

- Rachel, East Lyme, CT
